Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at showroom@aristau.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or refund.
